  1. Thyme

How to use?

Take a few oatmeal’s and mix in a small amount of water to make a smooth paste. Now take the muslin or soft cloth place the paste over it and apply on skin for 10 minutes, after that wipeout or rinse with normal tap water.

If you have spots on different body parts, then taking an oatmeal bath can be effective. Soak yourself for 20 minutes in an oatmeal bath. Rub some of the oats on the spotted areas. It will help you feel relax, and you will have no irritation after taking a bath.

Another way to get relief is to pour two cups of vinegar in the warm water. Then soak yourself in that solution for about 20 minutes.

Soak the cotton ball in witch hazel and slightly tap on the infected part. You can brush the witch hazel on the infected area. Let it dry and repeat two times to get complete relief.

If you don’t have any of the material described above no worries, take an ice cube and start rubbing on the inflamed areas. Although it may not reduce the spot or provide complete relief, but for the time being, it will be soothing for you.

Make a paste of baking powder with water, for better result mix oatmeal in the paste. Apply it on the surface where you got the bite. Let it dry or set it for 10 minutes.
