Avoid spending any time close to others since it may inadvertently lead to the spread of the virus. Wear a mask anytime you’re leaving your room for the safety of the rest of your family.

Keep An Eye on Vitals

If you suffer from underlying health issues, have someone monitor you at all times to see that it doesn’t get worse. Get a pulse oximeter from Walgreens CVS or any other convenient pharmacy and learn how to use it. If you feel short of breath, check your pulse ox reading. You should ensure your pulse ox reading is above 92%. If it falls below that level, you need to seek medical care immediately. If your symptoms worsen, contact your primary health care physician directly. If you feel the warning signs of a stroke, heart attack, or any other emergency condition, seek immediate help.

Don’t Rush the Process

Surviving COVID-19 is something that you can do, given your health. It’s not a death sentence, but you should take responsibility for stopping the spread with you. If it’s been more than ten days after the first symptoms, you can return to work or school without worrying about infecting anyone else. If you have a fever or any of your symptoms seem to be getting worse, then you’re not out of the woods yet. Ride out the disease. It won’t last forever. The biggest problem would be getting back into society too soon and being a carrier for the illness. These precautions help to manage that.
