Tensions between North and South Korea began to rise, North Korea has blown up a joint liaison office building between the two countries along the border.
According to the foreign news agency, the liaison office has been closed since January due to the Corona epidemic. A four-story office building was blown up, damaging a nearby residential building.
Tensions between North and South Korea have been simmering for weeks. From South Korea, propaganda pamphlets against North Korean leader Kim Jong Un were thrown into North Korean territory.
North Korea has since threatened to cut ties with South Korea and take military action.
